With its beautiful and unique Spanish architecture and colonial churches dating back to the 1700s, walking the streets of Antigua feels much like stepping into a time warp. In walking distance from the town square, is a group of 4 family owned coffee farms that have been carrying the coffee tradition for almost as long as Antigua has stood. The farm is a dense coffee forest, with unusually old, highly productive trees. The success of this technique defies the logic of modern coffee farms and coffee buyers alike.
